OCTA has 11
regional chapters, each with a unique place, physically and historically,
along the old emigrant trails. The NW Chapter, of course, is at the End of
the Oregon Trail. I know this is true because there are at least 3 monument
stones proclaiming that fact in widely separated places. If you have a love
