The annual membership meeting of NW OCTA will be held at 9:30 a.m. on
Saturday March 16 at the Rivershore Hotel in Oregon City.
This is an important meeting as we have new officers to induct, new
by-laws to discuss, activities to plan, and don't forget to bring raffle
items for our annual raffle. See Winter Board

From the South on I-205: Take the Oregon City Exit (#9). Turn
right on McLoughlin (Hwy 99E). turn left at light opposite shopping
center. turn left on Clackamette Drive.
From the North on I-205: Take the Oregon City Exit (#9). Turn
right on McLoughlin (Hwy 99E). turn left at light opposite shopping
center. turn left on Clackamette Drive.
Parking: Rivershore Hotel has asked us to use the lower
parking lot on the south side of the hotel. It provides convenient acces
to the banquet room where the meeting will be held.
Rooms: Rivershore Hotel is holding a block of ten rooms
until March 1, 2002 for us. when calling for reservations, please indicate
that you are with the Oregon-California Trails Association or OCTA. Room
reservation includes full breakfast. Single Queen Rooms - $63 plus 10%
tax. Double Queen R - $69 plus 10% tax.
The meeting is free to all members, but lunches will be available at a
cost of $15.00
